We’re hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent Vivint in a store-within-a-store retail environment. In this role, you’ll engage homeowners in meaningful conversations about smart home security and automation, demonstrate premium technology, identify customer needs, and drive appointments and sales in a performance-based setting. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time locally
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and promote Vivint products and services in a high-traffic retail location
  • Execute sales strategies to attract new customers
  • Deliver personalized service while building trust and loyalty
  • Maintain compliance and uphold both the retailer and Vivint’s standards
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
