Requirements

6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus

Able to stand for extended periods at a time

Compensation range for this role is $20-22/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Comfortable greeting guests, checking Customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreach
Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients
Expert on product and brand knowledge, act as a Cuyana ambassador
Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges
Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product
Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets
Receive and process stock transfers
Work with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room space
Maintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product team
Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming
Process phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)
Give back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events)
