About The Position

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Bilingual Retail Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to join our Union City team. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy sales, helping people, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an in-store position (not remote).

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Retail or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Comfortable working toward sales goals
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in wireless, phone stores, prepaid services, or commission-based roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, prepaid service plans, and accessories
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories and protection plans
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
