About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service while providing consistent sales goals. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Part Time, Onsite Position Location: Sawgrass & Middleton

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) to five (5) years of experience in retail.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Basic math skills.
English speaking and writing required; bilingual preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem solving and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all guests.
Introduce promotions, cross sell, and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
Operate a point of sale (POS) system.
Monitor and analyze inventory and replenish as needed.
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor, back room, and cooler.
Comply with local, state, and federal regulatory food safety laws, practices, and rules.
Assist in setting up promotional displays, merchandising, and signage.
Maintain accurate records and logs.
Use a hand truck and/or a ladder.
Showcase a kind and courteous disposition with every customer.
All other duties as assigned.
