About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Corsair’s Valley Fair Mall store, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. This in-person role is all about connecting with people, driving sales through relational selling, and sharing your enthusiasm for gaming and technology. You’ll demo our latest products, build meaningful relationships with customers, and help establish Corsair as a go-to destination for tech-savvy shoppers. If you’re passionate about Corsair and love talking to people, this is your chance to shine!

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we’re looking for passion and a willingness to learn!
  • Strong communication and people skills to engage customers and build relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting.
  • Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting (e.g., arranging product displays).
  • Passion: A deep love for gaming, technology, and the Corsair brand—your enthusiasm will inspire customers!
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with gaming/tech products is a huge plus, but we’ll train you to be a product expert either way.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, listen to their needs, and offer personalized solutions to enhance their gaming or tech experience.
  • Excel in Relational Selling: Build trust with customers by understanding their preferences, recommending the right Corsair products, and creating connections that keep them coming back.
  • Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Corsair’s product lineup—know the features, benefits, and specs inside and out, and share that knowledge with confidence and excitement.
  • Demo Products Like a Pro: Engage customers with hands-on product demonstrations, highlighting the performance and value of Corsair gear in a way that sparks their interest and seals the deal.
  • Drive Sales Success: Actively contribute to sales goals by closing deals, upselling accessories, and cross-selling complementary products with enthusiasm and skill.
  • Keep the Energy High: Maintain an inviting, organized sales floor that reflects Corsair’s commitment to quality, while bringing positivity and passion to every interaction.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with your fellow associates and store leadership to share ideas, support daily operations, and create a fun, dynamic team environment.
