About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their growing team. In this role, the associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure every customer has the best experience. Key aspects of the role include effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, leading department activities, and assisting/mentoring colleagues. The associate will also be responsible for promoting company programs like warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships, developing strong product knowledge to assist customers with purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance through stocking and general housekeeping. The position may involve cross-training for other duties and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Camping World Holdings, Inc. is America's largest retailer of RVs and related products and services, with a vision to make RVing fun and easy. They operate a national network of RV dealerships, service centers, and customer support centers across 42 states, serving RV consumers since 1966.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous Retail experience preferred
