About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at dd's DISCOUNTS, part of Ross Dress For Less. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen interest in technology and electronics. This position is available in various capacities including full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal roles. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations, and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, processing customer transactions efficiently, and handling customer inquiries both via phone and in-person. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a key aspect of your role, and your performance will directly contribute to the success of our store.
