About The Position
Cox Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting customers with Cox's innovative technology, products, and services. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. You will work in a retail environment, where you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires flexibility, as you will need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and report directly to the Store Manager, while also collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager and other team members. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will explain and demonstrate product capabilities, assist with store operations, and handle cash transactions. You will also participate in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations to enhance your knowledge and skills. Continuous learning is essential, as you will need to stay updated on current Cox products and competitor offerings. This role may require you to work in different locations within the same geographical area, providing you with a diverse work experience. The targeted total compensation for this role is approximately $48,868 annually, with high performers earning significantly more.
