About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Cumberland Farms, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly and ensure that the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be cross-trained in various areas of the store, which will provide you with valuable operational experience and opportunities for growth within our parent company, EG America, which operates nearly 1700 locations across the United States. In this role, you will support the store manager in daily operations, which includes operating the cash register efficiently, brewing coffee, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and as a Retail Sales Associate, you will be expected to contribute to this by ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
