About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Road Runner Sports, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. You will engage with customers, providing personalized service and expert advice to enhance their shopping experience. In addition to direct customer interaction, you will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in sales. This includes learning about the various products we offer, understanding the latest trends in athletic footwear, and mastering sales techniques that will help you meet and exceed your sales goals.
