About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Harbor Freight Tools, you will be a vital part of a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The anticipated pay for this role is $15.00 per hour, which may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families are eligible for a range of benefits, including limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. You will also have the opportunity to enroll in the company's 401k plan and accrue paid time off, which can total up to 152 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Additionally, you will receive paid sick time up to 64 hours per year, unless otherwise mandated by law.
