About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at PUMA, you will provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store, aligning with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Your role will involve effective customer service to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets. You will be responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store, ensuring compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards. Additionally, you will handle the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise, comply with all Policies & Procedures, and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment. This position requires working non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential overtime.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
