About The Position
The Spice & Tea Exchange is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Grapevine. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, and blending and packaging products as necessary. Your ability to establish rapport with customers will be key to ensuring their return and generating positive word-of-mouth advertising. You will also be expected to maintain a solid understanding of our product offerings, which will involve reading relevant publications and participating in training activities.
