About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate at Tempur-Pedic is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling Tempur-Pedic products. This role also includes management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, such as opening and closing the store and overseeing daily operations. The associate will work to drive brand awareness and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer experience.
