About The Position

Retail Sales Associate – Wireless Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment. This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing.

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking
