About The Position
Boll and Branch is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador (sales associate) to join our retail team from October 2024 through January 2025. This role is pivotal in generating sales by converting existing traffic and fostering repeat business through effective clienteling. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual presentation and housekeeping standards while adhering to the company's operational guidelines and loss prevention procedures. This position is located in Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL. The Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador will be tasked with achieving and exceeding individual sales goals, focusing on creating an inclusive customer experience, and developing customer loyalty to cultivate repeat business. They will become experts in all Boll & Branch products and create elevated experiences for clients through in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation programs. Additionally, they will assist clients in designing their spaces based on sleeping habits and style preferences, ensuring that the store presentation is always customer-ready. Daily responsibilities will include performing paperwork reconciliation, protecting store assets and inventory, and being an ambassador for the company's values by operating with integrity. The Brand Ambassador will follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the store's overall operation. They will also perform in-home installations for clients while making additional recommendations to drive store sales. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store is essential, which includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring shared areas like the bathroom are well-stocked. Other functions, duties, and projects may be assigned as needed.
