About The Position

This role as a Retail Sales Associate is pivotal in continuing that legacy while also focusing on the future. You will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service, becoming an expert in our product offerings, and using that expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit our customers. Your goal is to bring the Gap brand to life for our customers while building brand loyalty and delivering productivity. In this position, you will be expected to leverage the brand's selling behaviors with every customer who walks through the doors, ensuring a premium customer experience. You will acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will offer style and outfit suggestions, promote loyalty programs, and support various operational processes on the sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house as required. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and satisfaction.
