  • Greet teammates and customers with a warm hello.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
  • Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.
  • Engage with customers, offering a warm welcome and creating personal conversations.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
  • Update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
  • Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of their visit.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
  • At least 1 year of selling or customer service experience preferred.
