About The Position

Provide high level of guest service to guests of all retail outlets. Responsible for the maintenance of shops to include cleanliness, receiving, stocking, and general maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Retail background or customer service preferred.
• An ability to relate to guests, assist with their purchase, make suggestions to generate sales, and work as a team.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Some lifting requirements of up to 35 lbs.
• An ability to handle unhappy guests in a professional manner.
• Nights and weekends required.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction is priority by assisting with any guest needs and providing suggestions to help close the sale.
• Responsible for being knowledgeable of merchandise to include pricing, quality, functionality, and features.
• Will receive incoming merchandise and ensure it accuracy.
• Must stock the outlet according to established procedures and at the direction of Retail Manager and/or buyer.
• Responsible for meeting daily/monthly sales goals.
• Complete all assignments requested by Retail Manager and Retail Buyer.
• Maintain an open line of communication with manager and good rapport with co-workers.
• Must understand and abide by environmental practices of the resort.
