About The Position

In this role at Old Navy, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to become an expert in our product offerings, using this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. You will provide information on the current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for our customers, building brand loyalty and delivering productivity. As a member of our team, you will be expected to leverage the brand's selling behaviors with every customer interaction, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration. Promoting customer loyalty by educating them about our loyalty programs will also be a key part of your role. You will support various store processes, including the sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house operations, as required. Being courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests is essential, as is exchanging and verifying job-related information to provide support.
