We currently have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time to join our team located at our Store 1588-Magnolia Center-maurices-Georgetown, KY 40324.   • Create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
  • Focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
  • Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections.
  • Lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit.
  • Use modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience.
  • Promote loyalty programs and credit services.
  • Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards.
  • Support the shipment process and contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Goal/Achievement oriented.
  • Some technical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
