Responsibilities

  • Create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
  • Focus on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.
  • Guide the customer through the award-winning brand experience to make authentic connections.
  • Lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit.
  • Use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets) to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.
  • Promote loyalty programs and credit services.
  • Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards.
  • Support the shipment process and contribute to omni order fulfillment processes.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Goal/Achievement oriented.
  • Some technical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
