About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute acquisition and retention strategies for BJ's membership programs.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries.
• Deliver superior customer service as the first point of contact for members.
• Promote BJ's value proposition regarding membership and perks.
• Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve club standards.
