About The Position
The role of a Skechers Product Specialist is to provide an excellent customer experience. Product Specialists are enthusiastic and welcoming, serving as Skechers product experts committed to customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and offers a starting rate of $15.00 per hour. As a Product Specialist, you will drive sales through excellent customer service, acting as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers. You will use your product knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection, ensuring that the shopping experience is premier and enjoyable. In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for maintaining floor inventory, which includes merchandising, stocking, and cleaning. This ensures that the store is always presentable and that customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will also efficiently process customer transactions, including discounts, at the point of sale. Handling returns professionally and encouraging exchanges or alternatives is part of the role, as maintaining customer relationships is a priority. Staying up to date on the latest Skechers product knowledge is essential to provide informed assistance to customers.
