About The Position
We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! The position offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.62 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE. The Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage, PLUS employees earn commission based on productivity! The successful Pawnbroker's / Retail Sales Associate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as: work location, qualifications, and experience.
