About The Position

We're looking for passionate individuals to join us as Outfitters, the heart and 'sole' of our brand experience. As an Outfitter, you'll create memorable, impactful customer experiences by delivering personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals, recommending and fitting footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs, creating a welcoming and inclusive in-store environment, building meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners, staying current on product features, benefits, and trends, supporting events, group runs, and training programs that build community, and contributing to store goals and supporting operations like merchandising and inventory.

Requirements

• Passionate, positive, and proactive.
• Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experienced in customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communicators and standout colleagues.
• Motivated to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.
