Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of the store products
• Advanced customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• The ability to use a cash register
• Strong level of professionalism at work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience when dealing with difficult customers
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs
• Look to provide a complete solution
• Operate technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• Inbound phone sales/service
• Install large and small batteries in various devices
• Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs
• Function as a team player
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts
• Maintain a clean and full store appearance
• Build displays, to better market seasonal products
• Prepare the store for daily opening and closing

Benefits

• $21 - $25 per hour pay structure
• $21.00 per hour minimum pay guarantee during the first 6 months
• $2 per hour pay increase for all weekend shift hours worked
• $3 per hour pay increase for overtime weekend hours worked
• Dedicated one-on-one paid training for the first 2 to 3 weeks
