About The Position

This role as a Retail Sales Associate in Newtown, Pennsylvania, is an opportunity to engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. You will become an expert in our product offerings and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. Your responsibilities will include providing information on current merchandise assortments, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes effectively and efficiently. The goal is to bring the Gap brand to life for our customers, building brand loyalty and delivering productivity. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be expected to master the brand's selling behaviors, leveraging these skills with every customer who walks through the doors to provide a premium customer experience. You will acknowledge and assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will offer style and outfit suggestions, promote loyalty programs, and leverage omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience. Supporting various processes on the sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house will also be part of your role. You will be courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests, exchanging and verifying job-related information to provide support.
