Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer them the best shopping experience possible. You will become an expert in our product offerings, using your knowledge to educate and inspire customers about our current merchandise, store promotions, and events. Your goal is to embody our brand values and foster customer loyalty while maintaining high productivity levels. In this dynamic role, you will be expected to master the brand's selling behaviors, ensuring that every customer interaction is meaningful and impactful. You will acknowledge and assist customers promptly, locate merchandise efficiently, and provide accurate answers to their inquiries. By offering style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration, you will help customers envision how our products can fit into their lives. Additionally, you will promote our loyalty programs, leveraging our omni-channel offerings to create a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include supporting various operational processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as needed. You will be courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests, ensuring that all job-related information is exchanged and verified to provide the necessary support. This role requires a good communicator who can effectively utilize technology to engage with customers and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
