Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and cash register operations.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals and top-selling items.
  • Engage, educate, and sell with confidence on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space.
  • Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
  • Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before leaving.
