Requirements

• Ability to adapt quickly to business needs and changes in strategies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
• Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling.
• Respond to customers' questions and direct them to fitting rooms and merchandise.
• Utilize new technology to enhance customer service.
• Exercise decision-making skills to enhance customer experience.
• Process payments using the store point of sale system.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying products.
• Maintain a clean and organized space through light cleaning tasks.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Grasp new concepts quickly and be receptive to new information.
• Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
