Deliver world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere.
Engage with customers and actively listen to their needs.
Build relationships and follow up with clients.
Utilize consultative selling techniques and product knowledge.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
Adapt to retail schedules and high-energy environments.
Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems.
Manage time effectively and solve problems.
Set and achieve sales goals.

Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.

Previous retail or commission-based sales experience.
Bilingual communication skills.
Passion for home design and interior décor.
Experience with customer relationship management tools or systems.
