About The Position

As a full-time Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operations of our gift shop. Schedule: Full-Time; Hourly Position Tuesday - Thursday : 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM Friday : 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM Saturday : 8:45 AM - 3:15 PM A Work Experience with Purpose Woman's is one of the largest specialty hospitals in the country dedicated to the care of women and infants. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2 years of previous experience in retail sales, key holder position, preferably in a gift shop or similar environment is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
Team Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales associates to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations and sales team to monitor inventory levels, provide inventory feedback, and participate in a regular cadence of inventory audits.
Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the sales team to create visually appealing displays, arrange product layouts, and maintain shop cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping environment.
Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are adequately replenished
Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues in a professional and timely manner.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Plans and assists with orientation of new personnel and training personnel.
