About The Position

UNIQLO is seeking dedicated sales associates to join our team. This position offers a starting salary of $18.00 per hour. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining brand and operational standards. You will be responsible for managing customer needs, providing product knowledge, and assisting with various store operations. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
• Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management
