You will become an expert in our product offerings, using your knowledge to educate and inspire customers about our current merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events. Your goal is to embody our brand values and foster customer loyalty while ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in selling behaviors to enhance the customer experience. This includes acknowledging and assisting customers promptly, locating merchandise efficiently, and answering questions accurately. You will also be responsible for offering style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration, and promoting our loyalty programs to encourage repeat business. Your role will extend to supporting various operational processes on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and in the back of house as needed. Being courteous and responsive to both internal and external requests is essential, as is the ability to exchange and verify job-related information to provide support effectively.
