About The Position
Adam & Eve in Reno is seeking motivated and enthusiastic retail associates to join our team at our adult boutique. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a fun, educational environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate our diverse range of products, providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed purchases. Our store emphasizes education for both customers and employees, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable discussing adult content. The ideal candidate will be available to work 3-5 days per week, with shifts primarily in the afternoon and evening. Specifically, we are looking for individuals who can work from 12 PM to 5 PM for afternoon shifts and from 5 PM to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, as well as from 5 PM to 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Dependability and reliable transportation are essential, and candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply. This role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers, and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and upsell merchandise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to maintain a tidy and orderly store environment.
