About The Position

Wells Enterprises is searching for a Retail Sales Associate in our Flushing/Queens territory. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to develop strong customer relationships and drive sales. This position includes a company car and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serves as brand ambassador and face of Wells to customers and consumers.
• Provides best in class customer service, shares expertise on Wells brands and products, resolves all issues and concerns, and maintains strong relationship with store personnel.
• Maintains full distribution on existing SKUs and ensures placement of new items on shelf based on approved planogram.
• Completes daily merchandising tasks such as filling out of stocks, making on-hand adjustments as necessary, facing product, tagging, rotating, building displays, placing POS materials, and providing reset support.
• Proactively makes incremental sales by securing displays and pre-selling items for upcoming promotions.
• Effectively manages time and priorities for store calls within territory.
• Ensures store calls are completed based on assigned store call frequency.
• Completes accurate and timely database entries, reporting, recaps, expense reports, store audit information, and other ad hoc requests.
