About The Position
Elements Massage Lake Oswego is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service representative who thrives on building relationships with clients and enhancing their sales skills. This busy massage studio has an established reputation for delivering top-notch massage services and is looking for an engaging, fearless, and outgoing personality to lead sales and customer service efforts for potential clients and current members. The business is built on the Elements Wellness Program sales, and team members are rewarded for meeting objectives. The position offers opportunities to earn commission for wellness plan sales and bonuses of up to $300. In this role, you will create an exceptional massage experience for all clients every time they enter the studio. You will inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, which is a hassle-free membership plan, and follow a proven sales process to enroll clients into this program. As the first and final face of hospitality, you will ensure that the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate. Working collaboratively with Managers and Massage Therapists, you will help create an environment where clients feel valued and prioritized. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow the sales process effectively, build customer loyalty, and transform every client interaction into a story of great customer service. Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person. Experience in customer service within a spa-like environment is also preferred, as is familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments. The candidate should be driven to create the best work environment for employees while ensuring the best experiences for clients.
