Requirements

A natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talking
Someone who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment
Comfortable using computers and modern scheduling systems
Positive, driven, and passionate about creating great experiences for both clients and teammates

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is a plus—especially memberships or service-based sales
Background in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferred

Responsibilities

Guide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness Program
Build strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients
Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from check-in to check-out
Handle scheduling, payments, and client communication using our easy-to-learn systems
Turn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments
