About Us: Elements Massage is a leader in the health and wellness industry, specializing in therapeutic massage services. Membership Wellness Advisor Role: The Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for the reception area and overall seamless daily operations of the facility. Including, but is not limited to, the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking all appointments, and promoting the Wellness Membership Program. This is a Part-Time position. Candidates must have a flexible schedule to work opening or closing shifts. Expected hours 15-25. Applicants must be available for ALL SHIFTS; including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk efficiently.
- Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Drivers License, reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous spa/gym experience preferred.
- Experience with customer service, Membership sales, retail sales or hospitality industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
- Warmly greet and check in guests.
- Actively drive enhancement, membership, and gift card sales by passionately educating guests about our services, memberships, and retail offerings.
- Accurately and effectively book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
- Open/close the studio each day according to standard operating procedures.
- Resolve guest issues.
- Ensure guest areas are maintained to standard.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy & happy workplace.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure best practices and foster innovation
- Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
- Be on time for all SHIFTS -must be highly dependable
