Responsibilities
- Guide clients through our wellness membership options using a proven sales process
- Connect authentically with new and returning clients — listening is key!
- Turn any customer concerns into moments of exceptional service
- Support overall studio success through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork
- Upsell service enhancements and encourage long-term relationships through membership sales
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
