About The Position

Requirements

2+ years of retail or service-industry sales experience required (experience with memberships or recurring services preferred).
Strong customer service skills and a warm, polished presence with clients.
A professional, reliable team player who values focus, consistency, and accountability.
Ability to build respectful, professional relationships with team members and clients — always friendly, never casual.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with office and scheduling systems (MindBody Business experience a plus).
Detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about wellness and personal growth.

Responsibilities

Welcome every client warmly and ensure a seamless, professional studio experience.
Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program — our flexible, no-hassle membership plan.
Sell session enhancements, gift cards, and memberships with confidence and care.
Process client bookings, documentation and payments quickly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming studio environment for clients and teammates.
Collaborate closely with the Studio Manager, Owners, and service providers to create a client-centered atmosphere.
Provide clear, consistent communication and uphold studio policies and professionalism.
