About The Position

The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients. The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed through computer programs.
  • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
  • Must have extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to sell and upgrade based on clients needs
  • Be empathetic and personable
  • Phone and active listening skills
  • MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients
  • Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management
  • Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room
  • Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift
  • Participate in all trainings
