About The Position

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in person.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing.
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
• Listen to new clients, established clients, and prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for great customer service.
