Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or consultative sales (wellness, hospitality, or retail experience a plus)
• A warm, professional communication style — in person, on the phone, and over email
• A natural ability to build trust and make others feel comfortable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for helping others commit to long-term wellness
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Bonus points if you've worked with Mindbody or a similar scheduling system

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, setting the tone for a relaxing experience
• Consult with clients about their goals and recommend services or membership plans that align with their needs
• Educate new and returning clients on our Wellness Membership Program and package options
• Schedule appointments, manage client profiles, and process transactions with accuracy and ease
• Support the flow of the studio by collaborating with massage therapists and leadership
• Keep the lobby and workspace calm, clean, and welcoming
• Meet or exceed personal and team-based sales goals to unlock bonus opportunities
