About The Position
North 40 Outfitters in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking to hire a Full-Time Customer Service Lead to join our team. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. As a Customer Service Lead at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a consistent product, generating sales, offering solutions for our customer’s needs and provide direction and guidance to your employees, maintaining a clean and organized department and safeguarding company assets. This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
