As a Clothing Associate at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually

• Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• Committed to supplying our North 40 guests with phenomenal customer service

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously
• Physical ability to lift and carry 15-30 lbs. frequently
• Physical ability to lift and carry 30-55 lbs. occasionally
• Physical ability to team lift anything over 55 lbs.
• Spending 100% of work time on your feet
• Ability to use ladders
• Ability to use rolling staircases
• Ability to use pallet jacks
