As a Retail Sales Associate with Royal, you will have unlimited earning potential! If you have experience in sales, are persuasive, self-motivated, and results driven this may be the job for you. Furniture sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement as we will teach you what you need to know. This is a commissioned based position. We provide a salary guarantee for your first 12 weeks so you can gain product knowledge and learn the ropes to help get you started in your career with Royal. After 12 weeks, you will be paid a weekly draw and commission. We offer a great commission structure with an escalating commission % with the more you sell, the greater the commission. The average annual pay for a first year Sales Associate is $50k+ up to $100,000 for top performers. What you earn depends on you!   • Must be flexible to work a retail schedule of 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays.
