About The Position
At Batteries Plus Bulbs, we are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about helping customers find the right products, services, and solutions for their everyday needs. The role involves a combination of customer service, sales, and technical know-how. You will be responsible for greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing complete solutions. This includes operating a technology-based Point of Sale system, handling inbound phone sales, and performing installations and repairs on various devices. You will also be expected to maintain inventory, manage stock, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented. The position offers a minimum pay guarantee during the initial training period, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance. In addition to customer service and sales responsibilities, you will also engage in merchandising and inventory management. This includes building displays to market seasonal products and preparing the store for daily operations. The job is dynamic, and while it includes specific duties, it is not limited to them, as responsibilities may evolve over time. We are looking for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are eager to learn about battery replacements and electronic repairs.
