About The Position
To improve the lives of customers by offering a variety of products that serve their needs while delivering and maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for guiding a multi-million dollar business by executing all daily, quarterly and seasonal duties of the gift shop locations. Establish success in all aspects of customer service, operations, team development, merchandise presentation and assortment.
